A Sweet Moment to Remember!

I was out in the yard with the kids and my Mother-in-law snuck her camera out the window to capture this sweet moment! I'm thankful for moments like this!

At the time these pictures were taken, Jack was covering Elisabeth in kisses and he was pointing out to me all the things that him and his sister have in common: 2 knees! 2 elbows! 2 eyes! 2 ears! 2 feetsies! 2 hands! 2 shoulders! Each time he found something that was "same same wif eeyisabif" he would say it with such enthusiasm! His energy and love for talking and learning are so contagious!

Two Months!

Our little Elisabeth is 2 months old! We have loved watching her grow this month!

She is making such good eye contact, smiling at us when we tickle her cheeks and talk to her, smiling at her brother, making little cooing noises, and gaining good control of her head!

She continues to be a great sleeper and eater! She is getting so big!

She loves her Papa and falls asleep on him instantly!

She loves swinging and when we go to the park she could hang out in the swings forever!

Jack continues to love on her and gets so excited when she's awake and her eyes are open! He also loves to hold her "feetsies" in his hands!

We are just loving our little girl! She brings such joy to our family!

Best Buds!

We just love our little "ri ri" and I love watching Jack and Henry becoming more and more interactive with each other as their friendship develops! Jack talks about Henry all the time and it is adorable! "Friend Ri Ri!" "Go Ri Ri's house?" "Play Ri Ri!"

Every week on our way into church we ask Jack who we should pray for that day. As of late it's always "pray Ri Ri!"

They equally take turns being the leader and the follower. They work so hard to make each other laugh and get a huge kick out of it! They are always observing each other and wanting to do exactly what the other is doing!

Jack is often heard saying "Tome here Ri Ri!" And Henry comes running over to see what cool thing Jack has!

The boys learn so much from each other and I don't think they will ever stop!

They are the most loveable, mischievous, and goofy buddy's! They are so lucky to have each other! I couldn't ask for a sweeter little friend for our son! Henry is even taking to Elisabeth - I know the boys will be good role models one day to Elisabeth and I am so thankful for that!

A Memorable Week in Cleveland!

We were so fortunate to get to spend an entire week in Cleveland staying at Grandma and Grandpa's house! I had such a wonderful and relaxing week with the kids with so much help and memories made with Joe's parents and brothers! Jack and Elisabeth loved all the special time with their uncles and grandparents! A week we will not forget! Joe was able to be there on the weekends and the kids and I stayed through the work week.

We did so many activities this week and I have lots of pictures to capture the kids with their grandparents and uncles! Jack will for sure miss all the attention and love!

We got to celebrate Carolyn and Andrew at their wedding shower!

We went to the Zoo, several different playgrounds, played for hours and hours at home in the sandbox and pool, hung out on the farm, visited with cousins, great grandparents, aunts and uncles, and spent many evenings on the front porch together as a family!

Grandma is so cool!!

I can't thank Joe's brothers and parents enough for how much love and attention they give the kids! They are all so quick to
Help and hang out with us and it made our trip so wonderful!

Elisabeth woke up early enough one morning to join me on my run - she wasn't so sure about it! But I loved looking at that squishy face :)

I was lucky to get to visit with my Aunt Pam and cousin Leah from the Wetterau side!

The greats can't get enough of the kids! Jack was having a blast getting to know his great grandparents more and couldn't stop talking about "dreat dranma and dreat dranpa!"

We got to take many cozy afternoon naps and Jack even learned this week how to climb out of his portable crib..."Jack tlimbed outta da bed!" He was very proud of himself!!

Lots of baseball practice! Also Uncle Andrew took Jack out for the afternoon to go creeking and watch the train! Jack can't stop talking about his day out with Uncle Drew!

NEVER a dull moment at the March house!!

Jack had a smile plastered to his face the entire week! As did Elisabeth because she started smiling at us for the first time this week - especially when she hears her Grandma's voice!

We are so grateful for this home away from home and for the family making us feel so comfortable and loved all week!! I am truly blessed to have such wonderful in laws! The week was full of memories and adventure! We already can't wait to go back!
