GO CROCS!! Our kids celebrated Finals for their first year swimming for the new team! We absolutely loved our experience at the new pool and are so excited to continue to be Kenwood Crocs!!
Josie and Charlotte were both invited to swim at B finals and they both ended the season with personal bests for themselves! They fell in love with their coaches and always enjoyed being part of the team and cheering on their friends! Charlotte and Josie worked so hard this season and made so much progress and growth as swimmers!! Charlotte was the only 4-year-old on the team and she totally killed it - by the end of the season she competed in full length events in Breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke and butterfly! She enjoyed jumping out of the pool at the end and asking for her time and always had a huge smile on her face!! Josie mastered diving off the blocks and really showed her strength in freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke. She struggled a little to keep her head straight and now constantly look at the people in the other lanes, but her coaches got a kick out of pointing that out and watching her work on that!

Jack and Elisabeth were invited to compete in A final for 3 events! They each managed to get impressive personal bests! Jack ended with a new personal best in the 100 IM and finished 8th in the city champs for 50 free. Elisabeth got personal bests in butterfly and finished 4th in the city in freestyle! They both made so much progress, and it was soo fun to watch them!! I had so much fun at City Finals with them and we really enjoyed the relay teams and cheering on all their friends!

The kids ended with some really honorable awards at the end of the season! We made so many new friends and strengthened old friendships and really made a space for ourselves at our new pool - already counting down the days for the pool to open next year!!
