Jack's First Trip to Cleveland!

Last weekend we took our first trip to Cleveland with Jack to visits Joe's family!  Jack did such a great job in the car and was a very pleasant baby to travel with!

While we were in Cleveland, Joe's parents planned a fabulous party for all of the extended family and a few friends to meet baby Jack!  Grandma March put together food and decorations that all had to do with Jack - it was a huge hit and we were SO lucky to have so many people come to meet our sweet little boy!

 

This weekend was the first time Jack got to meet his Great Grandpa Snyderburn and see his Great Grandma Snyderburn again.  He also got to meet his Great Grandma March, his Great Aunts and Uncles, lots of his cousins (well Joe's cousins), his cousin Hadley, and many of Grandma and Grandpa March's dear friends and neighbors!  Jack, you are one loved little boy!

 

 

 

 

 

There are so many people we did not get pictures of but we are thankful for everyone who came and we loved visiting with you and having you meet the new addition to our family!  Jack got passed around the party all night and people just couldn't get enough of him! By the end of the night (as you can see him passed out on Joe) Jack was exhausted - he is going to have to get used to the way the Marches and Snyderburns party!

A Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

We were so lucky that Joe had a day off this past Monday for Columbus Day.  We took full advantage of the beautiful fall day and took Jack to his first Pumpkin Patch at Shaw Farms!  As a kid my parents took my sisters and me here every year because it was right on the way to the Lake House.  We always looked forward to it - a tradition I would like to start with our family!

 

Haha - yes we balanced our newborn on a stack of pumpkins - he wasn't so sure about it!

 

Getting to experience all the holidays from now on with Jack is going to bring a whole new joy to our lives!  How did we ever get so lucky - I can't stand his cuteness in his little pumpkin outfit!

One month!

I cannot believe Jack is one month old and bringing more joy to our lives everyday!

 

Today we went to Jack's one month check-up and Jack is growing so much!

 

He is already 22.5 inches long and 11 lbs 3 oz!  He is an eating machine!

 

 

 

I have to admit I am having a hard time watching time fly by so quickly! My life has definitely changed as I have slowed down my life so that I can soak in every minute with my baby!

 

 

Professional Photos!

A good friend of mine from back home has started a photography business and offered to take baby photos of Jack - they turned out SO cute and I have to share them! I planned to only share a few but ended up sharing about 1/3 of them because I just couldn't resist!
