Spring!

Spring is here which always makes life feel easier again! Kids just running around outside most of the day, riding bikes around the neighborhood, running from yard to yard playing with kids, windows open - it’s truly my favorite time!

Easter!

Easter this year was just so wonderful! We had so much to be grateful for and the most beautiful sunny hot weather! We haven’t seen the extended Ricke clan since Christmas 2019 and we got to see them this Easter at the lake house. Oma and Opa are finally vaccinated and so we all really enjoyed spending time outside at the lake catching up, laughing and just enjoying each other’s company! The day started slowly at home with an Easter egg hunt and a hunt for baskets, a walk to mass, brunch and mimosas on the back patio, naps for the kids then off to the lake we went! Still dreaming of this perfect day!

My Oma couldn’t get enough of the kids and Charlotte spent a lot of time on her lap! We played a lot of soccer, told lots of stories and and ate delicious food!
