Easter 2017

I've been a bit behind on my blog writing! I need to recommit to being a blogger! So here we go! We had a lovely Easter weekend in Cleveland this year full of family! We were also fortunate to have several Easter egg hunts leading up to Easter for the kids to enjoy! With each holiday we celebrate the kids get more into it, ask more questions about the meaning of the holiday and understand the countdown to the big day! 

Jack has been working hard at writing and wrote this adorable letter to the bunny! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After mass and our morning home at grandma and grandpas we headed to visit with the extended Smyderburn family at Aunt Karen and Uncle Bobs! We had a great time with all the cousins! There are now 15 great grandchildren on that side of the family - so lots kids for our kids to play with! They had a blast!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We got to spend an extra day in Cleveland after Easter and we had a nice day with Grandma!

 

 

 

Leading up to Easter we had a lot of Easter egg hunts and celebrations with friends and family!

 

 

 

What a joyful and blessed Easter season we had!!

Mom and Bill Tie the Knot!

This is a long overdue blog post but on March 11th Mom and Bill got married!!  It was a very special day filled with family and great memories! My mom looked stunning and so so happy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don't have very many pictures saved from the event so I need to get more and add them! We met at Ault Park for pictures followed by a lovely mass at St. Mary's. The 3 of us girls walked up the isle before my mom and then the son in laws and the 4 littles carried up the gifts (which was so cute!) 

Following the ceremony everyone walked back to Mom and Bills house for an awesome reception! Delicious food and drink and wonderful company! Could not have asked for a more perfect start to their life together as a married couple!
