Mohican Camping Adventure

Our annual Mohican camping trip happened again this summer and it was another amazing trip! Camping is busy and tiring but soo worth it! Our kids just love it and so do Joe and I! We wake up early, the kids ride bikes over and over, we swim in the pool, ride tubes down the lazy river, play games, hang out with grandma, grandpa and the Cumbas, go on hikes, visit the library on a rainy day, meet and play with camp neighbors and sit by the campfire! It’s full of adventure and outdoor fun!! 

We had a bit of rain this trip but totally made the best of it! And still had plenty of time for swimming! I got to have special time with Jack on a hike with him and special time with elisabeth on a night bike ride. The kids made friends with kids on the campsite and had a blast biking around with them. Charlotte even frequently visited another family we met there a few years ago and took to their 16 year old daughter. She kept finding her around and cuddling up on her shoulder

First Lemonade Stand!

The kids put together their first lemonade stand! They sold lemonade for $0.25/cup and free zucchini muffins! They had lots of visitors and made some money they split amongst the 3 of them and then a few dollars they chose to give to the church 

They loved this! And they were proud of their setup and sales!

Lake House with the Febus Clan!

Every summer we enjoy a memorable weekend away at Indian Lake with the Febus/Jacob family! We are so grateful for our friendship with them and truly look forward To this trip every year!
