End of the School Year Fun!

The kids wrapped up 2nd grade and Kindergarten and we had the best year!  The kids did so well in school and enjoyed their teachers and made good friends!  They are both avid readers now and impress me with their book selections and enjoyment of always have a book in hand!  We cannot wait for a summer together and enjoy some time off the school routine! 

I only have a few pictures of the last day of school..but the kids had field day and walkathon and field trips and parties, and all the fun wrap up events

Jack's First Communion!

 We had the most beautiful weekend celebrating Jack's First Communion!  I was so grateful for all the family that supported us on such a special weekend.  Jack and Henry shared their special day which made it even better! Their masses were at different times, but they got to have a joint party in our backyard.

Jack's Godfather, Uncle Andrew, drove in for the weekend and we so appreciated him being part of Jack's special day!

Aunt Bjorg and Uncle Michael were in town from Norway and came over for the party! The boys have lots of people who love them so much!

Also, Tante Amy came in town as well for the special day and of course I dont' have a picture of her with Jack but I have Amelia to prove it!!  We were also so grateful to have her here to celebrate the boys!

 We have always loved with Tante Amy comes to town but my oh my is Amelia the BEST carry on she could ever bring along!  The kids just love their new baby cousin and having them here to celebrate the First Communion made the whole week even more special!  A few pics from the week even though I never take many anymore when we have visitors!

Having Amy here during the week is fun to include her in our daily routines and it means she gets to come along for school pickup and drop offs and coffee outings! the BEST!

I feel the same way Charlotte - that Amelia is just stealing our hearts!  Charlotte cannot get enough of her baby and Amelia takes all the hugs and kisses with such joy!
