Farm and Gardening Days

This spring we spent some days at different farms exploring, visiting animals, learning about cows and making butter, tractor rides, learning to fish, and tending to the gardens! The kids could spend all day being little farmers and gardeners!

 

 

 

 

 

 

We shook the cream in these containers so long and then it turned into butter! The kids were amazed!

 

 

 

 

We got to tour and learn all about madisonvilles garden program and the kids enjoyed a morning helping out (and eating lots of kale!) 

 

 

 

 

 

Nothing better then being outside exploring and getting your hands dirty! The kids have really gotten into caring for our gardens at home this year as well!
