2021!

2021 is off to a nice start and I’ve forgotten to blog! We spent the first 37 days of the year in quarantine with Covid as the virus ever so slowly trickled through the family! Jack and Charlotte managed to never catch it which remains a mystery. We survived and stayed home and after Joe and my symptoms were gone we honestly enjoyed the low key life! We had no where to be, jack was doing school remotely, joe is still working from home and we just hung out! By February 1st Jack was allowed to return to school and we have settled into the norm!

In February we visited Cleveland for a long weekend and Cincinnati got dumped on with snow the last few weeks! We have had lots of snow days and lots of sledding! It’s been so fun ❄️

The kids came up with so many creative games during quarantine! Lots of board games, creativity, crafts, puzzles, dance parties  and movie nights 
















We took many walks while on quarantine to get all the fresh air we could! 

We went to get kids tested a few different times to make sure we were keeping track of who had Covid! 

Elisabeth: “I believe in makeup. I love makeup so much. Josie loves it to! And I maybe Charlotte will like it to.”

The kids watched the Inauguration with me and we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! We are so excited to see President Biden take office and for the FIRST time a woman and a woman of color take office as Vice President! Welcome Kamala Harris! The kids loved learning all about what takes place during an inauguration!
