We got to celebrate our sweet girl turning 8!! She is growing up so much and becoming such a kind, loving, sporty, helpful, driven, motivated and empathetic little lady! For her birthday she chose to have a "Peace for the World" party. It captured her so perfectly - she wanted her friends to compete in Olympic sport events, wanted a cake that had flags from all over the world, wanted to decorate flags of the countries each team chose to represent. She created the party and loves to organize things like this for her friends!
She got to head to breakfast with her Dad in the morning, and we had the Buckleys, Zhupikovs and the Zhupikov's family friends from Albuquerque all here on her birthday weekend - she felt so special and it was a great weekend!
