Halloween

Halloween was just the best this year! We love all things fall and all the festive activities and crafts you can do leading up to Halloween. I say it every year but holidays just get better and better with kids - their excitement is contagious! This year Halloween looked different but Halloween is already a pretty socially distant, outdoor event as is so we were able to mask up, stay distant and make This holiday feel pretty darn normal in a year of abnormal! It was sooo lovely and memorably. We also felt soo lucky to have Grandma and Grandpa visit because we had not seen them in several months!

We kicked it off with jacks Halloween school parade. Followed by a celebration for Joe’s 34th birthday!

We took some awesome walks around the neighborhood because the weather has been absolutely perfect and the Fall trees around our street and neighborhood have been breathtaking!

Jack worked really hard building this Halloween decoration all on his own 🤣

Our neighborhood took Halloween pandemic style so seriously and I was very impressed with how safe everyone was! So many masks and socially distant candy distribution creations! We had no trouble staying Covid free!  Thanks Pleasant Ridge!!

Before we trick or treated my mother in law dressed up as a witch and put on a skit for us and our neighbors and it was hilarious! The kids loved it - she used to put this show on at Joes grade school when he was a kid
