Josefine is 3!!

Josefine Rose! I am so grateful for the joy and humor you bring to our lives. You are the cutest thing! Your excitement for your birthday this year was so intense! Everywhere we went and every grocery store we visited you pointed at anything at your eye level and asked “me get this for my birthday!?” You asked daily how many more days until your 3 birthday. The day finally came and you were so fun to celebrate! 

We got lucky because we had spent time in quarantine to see the Meyers and Omi/Opa for Xmas which was also your birthday weekend so we you got an extra special weekend filled with family - the joys of a Christmas birthday!

You are always dressed up in a costume, love animals, are up for joining any sibling for any game, love love love to nurse with no end in site, still enjoy an occasional middle of the night snuggle, are a good eater, love to be silly, get very excited when you teach Charlotte something new, soak up any moment alone with mama or papa, and could sit and do art/color/create for hours a day. You love to play dinosaurs, princesses, cars, dress ups, ponies, ride her bike, babies, doll house, and house. She has been very independent from a very young age. She dresses herself 10x/day, showers herself, makes herself a snack, goes potty by herself, cleans her room, has mastered her cleaning zone in the house, gets her coat shoes and socks on, and helps all others in the house with all the things! She takes after her older siblings! She’s very proud of her independence 😉.  She loves to swim, loves to take walks and play outside. She is such a joy to be around! 

We had a great time celebrating her and Henry’s birthdays together at our house 

 

She got to go to “birthday breakfast” for the first time this year and loved it!

Her birthday cake is josefine  in a nutshell - bugs, ponies, princesses and a dress up costume on her body!
